The group of BCTA which is part of the PiE-UPV/EHU is belong to the histology and animal cell biology laboratory of the Faculty of technology and Sciences (UPV/EHU). Historically they have developed histological techniques to measure the pollutants effects in different organisms (vertebrates and invertebrates).
