As in the past, the SOCO 2018 proceedings will be published by Springer as Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing Series.

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English. All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. All contributions must be original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be intended to be published elsewhere during the review period. Accepted papers will be included in SOCO 2018 Proceedings that will be published by Springer Verlag.
