Chair’s Participation in the ERASMUS+ European Project
The UNESCO Chair, together with secondary schools and universities in the United Kingdom and Greece, is participating in the ERASMUS+ European project: Citizen Science for Education in Sustainable Development (CS4ESD).
The project, which will last for 3 years, aims to develop educational materials related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). These materials will be disseminated by means of an ICT (information and communications technology) tool. The aim is to provide innovative ways to raise understanding of the SDGs using applications, largely for websites and mobile phones.
The participating secondary schools are located in Biosphere Reserves and, in the Basque Country, the Colegio Sagrado Corazón de Bermeo school is included in the project.
