Decision-making body of the CFAA in aspects concerning the technology development and R&D projects. It is a joint committee comprising teachers from the UPV/EHU, experts in production technology and staff from the group of partner companies chosen by the grouping. Its mission is to promote, plan, manage and monitor the projects proposed every year. Its functions are, among others:

• To prepare and plan actions of the Centre.
• To inform the Board of Directors of the progress of the activities and programs approved by it.
• To promote the development of R&D activities and projects, and high-level education oriented towards exploiting and developing scientific-technological skills in the field of advanced manufacturing of interest for the Basque industry.
• Any function that is expressly entrusted or delegated to it by the Board of Directors, and which is in the field of manufacturing technology.
