Quality Policy

The Authority has defined the Quality Policy of SGIker and it has been documented as an annex to the system.

The policy provides a frame of reference in establishing objectives, targets and implemented quality programs. It`s been communicated to all the staff of the units, while the document is available to service users and other stakeholders through the website.

The policy has been reviewed and adapted to ensure adequate and continuous improvement in the framework of the system.

The SGIker, are immersed in a quality program that includes certification of the different units of research support under the criteria of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and accreditation of testing under the reference standard UNE-EN ISO / IEC 17025.

This effort has led us to obtain quality certificates certificates of quality in different scientific and technical services and in the management of continous training.

ENAC has also granted SGIker the accreditation for testing in the environmental sector.

Currently, efforts are focused on expanding the obtained certification and in the accreditation of new tests deemed strategic for the development of services and in the implementation of service charters.
