* The cancelation of the inscription can be done until March 31 (the 85% will be refunded). All cancelations must be notified by email (kepa.castro@ehu.eus).

Be careful, abstract submission form is NOT the registration form.

Students must submit a proof of their student's status. Student fees are only applicable for undergraduate, graduate and PhD students.

The Conference fee for regular participants and students includes:

  • Access to the conference
  • Gala dinner and social events
  • Lunch and coffee breaks
  • Congress bag
  • Excursion (May 6, Saturday)

In any case, the registration to the Technart 2017 is considered fulfilled after the payment of the conference fee. An email will inform you of the full registration.

  • STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT PROOF OF THEIR STUDENT STATUS, by sending a presentation letter (In English) from their Institution (see Registration Form). Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students ONLY. The number of reduced fees for students is limited and they will be attributed on a first come, first served basis.
  • THE FEES OF ACCOMPANYING PERSON have to be paid together with a regular or student fees (See registration form, Inscription modality roll-up)
  • ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST upload a payment proof (Scanned in PDF, etc)
