Choosing where to stay is an important decision. You have various options; choose which is best for you.

Hall of residence Olarain with special Basque Culture rate

There is a special rate for accommodation at Olarain in a single room (from 88.00 euros per night, VAT included) or in a double room (from 119.00 euros per night, IVA included), checking in on 31 August 2024 and checking out on 14 September 2024. Both check-in and check-out can be done on different dates where possible.

All rooms have a bathroom, central heating, a desk and free WiFi connection.

The price includes breakfast.

Important: The reservation must be made before 22May. For later dates availability must be consulted.

Reservation procedure

  1. When filling out the enrolment form you must indicate whether your chosen accommodation is at Olarain and whether you choose a single or double room. You will receive an email with confirmation of the promotion code you must introduce to make your reservation.

  2. Reserve your room via the Olarain website before 22 May. Go to the Accommodation section on the main page, choose the dates and introduce the promotion code which we will have sent you in order to get the special Basque Culture rate. The application will show you the available rooms and their corresponding rates. Choose whichever one suits you best!

In order to complete the reservation, Olarain will ask you for a credit card number as a guarantee, although payment will be made at the hotel.

The cancellation policy stipulated by Olarain:

  • Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.

  • ­If the reservation is cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show, the amount for one (1) night will be charged to your credit card.

Location

The Olarain is situated on the campus of the University of the Country, on the Ondarreta promenade, 24, 300 metres from the Ondarreta beach and less than 2 km from the historic centre of Donostia/San Sebastián and the famous Concha Bay.

How to get here

Buses 5, 25, 33 and 45 which connect with the city centre, stop 300 metres from the accommodation.
