This research line includes three different sub-lines on the study of economic policy issues. A brief description of each follows, as well as the researchers associated to it and its most recent research papers:
Monetary Policy and Inflation. This subline aims at understanding macroeconomic fluctuations and the role of monetary policy as a stabilization instrument. [ + ]
Business cycles, Sudden Stops and Small open economies. This subline analyzes some common (and uncommon) characteristics shared by small open economies regarding business cycles and Sudden Stops. [ + ]
Public Policy. This subline analyzes the effect of fiscal policy under different economic scenarios. A brief description follows, as well as the researchers associated to it and its most recent research papers. [ + ]
