How do I identify myself at a SarePrint point using a card?

You may use any contact-free card (MIFARE or RFID): Barik, student card ….. This card will only serve for identification, not for payment.

1. First use (contact-free card unused on the system)
   • Sliding the card over the reader will require you to identify yourself with your corporate credentials (to associate the card to the SarePrint account).
   • Upon next use, you will be requested to enter a PIN (which will combine with the card associated to the account in the previous step).
   • You can now use the card-PIN tandem to identify yourself at any SarePrint point.
2. Second use (card already associated to SarePrint account)
   • Slide the card over the reader.
   • Enter the associated PIN.
   • You can then use SarePrint.
3. If you already have a card registered in the system and want to change it (bear in mind this will annul the previous card)
   • Sliding the card over the reader will require you again to identify yourself with your corporate credentials to associate the card to the SarePrint account).
   • You can now use the card-PIN tandem to identify yourself at any SarePrint point. The PIN that you had before will remain valid.
4. Modifying the associated PIN
   • Enter sareprint.ehu.eus and identify yourself using your corporate UPV/EHU credentials.
   • Under “Change details – change of card/ID PIN”, you may reset your PIN.
