Yes; your tutor, your director and the academic committee for the programme will need to evaluate you regardless of how long you have been in the programme. The tutor, director and academic committee for the programme will consider the individual situation of each doctoral student during this evaluation process.

The evaluation period (September-October) is published in the calendar of the Doctoral School.
