Description and contextualization of the subject

El curso abordará los siguientes temas: i) la semántica computacional. El objetivo de esta primera parte del curso es presentar los conceptos básicos acerca de la semántica que abarcan todos los temas relacionados con la relación entre la sintaxis y la semántica, representación formal del significado de una oración, los enfoques computacionales para la semántica formal, los recursos esenciales necesarios para el tratamiento computacional de la semántica. ii) la pragmática computacional y el discurso de presentación incluyendo a) el estudio de las teorías que formalizan la estructura retórica de un texto (RST ejemplo), b) el problema de la correferencia y la identificación de las cadenas de correferencia y c) la modelización de los actos del habla en el diálogo.
