Designing and Preparing a Research Publication

PhD training for today’s PhD students; tomorrow’s researchers

A Designing Research approach is used to offer two mixed-discipline practical PhD courses, the first on Designing and Building a Critical State of the Art for Research, and the second one on Designing and Preparing a Research Publication. Each course runs for eight weeks, with one three-hour class per week. Both courses will be offered as real classroom courses in Donostia and Leioa, and as online courses for students in Vitoria starting in January and April, 2021 respectively, and will be conducted in English.

Group size

A minimum of 9 students is needed to run each eight-week course in each Campus, and there is a maximum of 18 students in each group.

Requirements

For the two practical courses, students will be expected to attend at least 90% of the classes.

Duration

Each course runs for eight weeks, with one three-hour class per week (24 hours).
