The isolated of protein of soya is a by-product of the production of the soybean oil and has been the prime matter of the biodegradable materials prepared by the doctor Pedro Guerrero, of the Department of Chemical Engineering and of the Environingingment of the Polytechnical University School of Donostia of the UPV/EHU.
