Registration

Those wishing to attend or participate in the conference, should complete the registration form and email it to the Congress Secretariat together with proof of payment of registration fees.

Registration fees

  • Registration for professors with communication: 125 €
  • Registration for professors without communication and researches with communication: 50 €
  • Registration for students: 25 €
  • Registration for AES menbers: 55 €

Remarks

  • The Organization of the Congress shall provide free registration for the members of the Department of Audiovisual Communication and Advertising of the UPV/ EHU who participate in the conference with communication.
  • The registration fee will entitle you to become a member of the AES for two years.

Indicate in the concept of income "AES Congress 2019" and surname, name and NIF of the participant, regardless of the person making the entry.

Invoices

Participants who wish an invoice can write to us (cyp.congresoaes2019@ehu.es) indicating whose name they want the invoice to be made (University, company, etc.), address and NIF. They must specify whether they want a paper or a scanned invoice.
