Arrival at the Venue

Congress Venue is the Paraninfo of the University of the Basque Country in Abandoibarra ( official name: Bizkaia Aretoa), which is located in Bilbao city center, just in front of the Guggeheim Museum and very close to the tall Iberdrola tower.

·       Tram: Guggenheim Station

·       Metro: MOYUA Station (exit ERCILLA).

Around the venue you will find the Guggenheim Museum and its so popular "Puppy" flower dog, The Euskalduna Conference Centre and Concert Hall, the romantic-inspiration Doña Casilda Park and its majestic lake with ducks, surrounded by a classical-style merry-go-round, a cybernetic fountain, a stage for shows and also the Fine Arts Museum just close to it, all this adds Bilbao´s cultural heritage full of lordly building.

Getting the City Center from the Bilbao Airport

Bilbao Airport is located 12 km from the city centre, in the limits of Loiu. The easiest way to get the city center is by taxi or by the AIRPORT BUS (3247), which runs every 30 minutes from the Airport to:  Gran Vía 79, Plaza Moyua* and Alameda de Recalde 11.
