Below you can access and obtain information about regulations governing access to training courses, the content of our courses and training results, commence the enrolment process on some of them or simply answer a small customer satisfaction survey if you have already been trained by us.

According to needs of the service users themselves, it is possible to arrange tailor-made courses in the form of a la carte training by getting in direct contact with the technical personnel at the service.
The range of training courses offered forms part of a quality strategy, the aim of which is to create a distinguished organisation with up-to-date training content of interest. Proof of the adaptation of management activities in terms of training has been borne out by our being awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certificate of quality granted by AENOR (the Spanish Standardization and Certification Association).
