EDUCATION

I graduated in Industrial Engineering in the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) in July 2016. After that, I did a Master in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Material Science (UPV/EHU) (2016-2018). Once finished the master, I completed an international PhD (2022) in the Group in Science and Engineering of Polymeric Biomaterials under the supervision of Dr. Aitor Larrañaga Espartero and Prof. Joser-Ramon Sarasua Oiz entitled “Exploiting the versatility of the layer-by-layer approach to fabricate antioxidant polymer microreactors:towards multifunctional systems for therapeutic applications”which got the highest rating (Cum Laude). During this period, I obtained a mobility grant from the UPV-EHU which allowed me to visit the laboratory of Prof. César Rodriguez-Emmenegger at the Leibniz Institut für Interaktive Materialien (Aachen, Alemania).
