Biography
She studied Chemistry in the Faculty of Science and Technology in the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU in Leioa. Subsequently, she completed the MSc in Food Quality and Safety in the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU in Vitoria. She is currently in the Engineering School of Gipuzkoa with a pre-doctoral fellowship awarded by the Department of Economic Development and Infrastructures of the Basque Government in the PhD Program in Engineering in Renewable Materials under the supervision of Dr. Mª Angeles Andrés.
Research
She is currently in her first year as a doctoral fellowship and focuses her research on the development of new products based on chitin and essential oils.
