Victor Petuya

 
 

Víctor Petuya received the MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of Bilbao, University of the Basque Country, Spain, in 1995, and the PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same University, in 2003. From 1995 to 1998 he was involved as design and analysis engineer of a private engineering firm in several aerospace projects. He is Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of Bilbao, Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU). His research interests are advanced mechanical design and analysis, computational kinematicsof planar and spatial mechanisms, particularly parallel manipulators, and biokinematics.
