Mobility for study

• Step 1: Read carefully the "Guide for exchange students" to know how to apply (requirements, deadlines, procedures…). Send us any queries to incoming.eib@ehu.eus once you have read that document carefully.
• Step 2: Your home University sends us your nomination with all the necessary information. Afterwards, you will be sent a link to enter the online application form you have to fill in. In the section Documents for your mobility you will find all the information about the courses we offer, our academic calendar, etc. 
• Step 3: You receive our acceptance message. You are looking in the section “Your stay in Bilbao” all the information about accommodation, as well as general information that will help you during your stay with us.
• Step 4: You will find summarized all the information in the document Vademecum for exchange students.

Movilidad para estudios. Alumnado SICUE

• Paso 1. Lees cuidadosamente la "Guia para el alumnado SICUE visitante" para saber cómo realizar tu solicitud de movilidad (requisitos, plazos y procedimiento). Nos envías tus dudas a sicue.eib@ehu.eus después de leer cuidadosamente ese documento.
• Paso 2. Tu Universidad nos manda tu nominación con todos los datos necesarios. Después, recibes un mensaje con el enlace a la solicitud online que debes cumplimentar. Buscas en el apartado Documentación para preparar tu movilidad la información sobre los cursos que ofertamos, el calendario académico, etc.
• Paso 3. Recibes nuestro mensaje de aceptación. Consultas en el apartado Tu estancia en Bilbao la información sobre el alojamiento y otra información general que te facilitará tu estancia con nosotros.
• Paso 4. Encuentras resumida toda la información en el Vademecum para alumnado SICUE visitante.

Internships stay. Mobility for traineeships (only for students citizens of the EU)

• Step 1. You read carefully the "Guide for traineeship" to know how to make your mobility request (requirements, deadlines and procedure). Send us your questions and comments to incoming.eib@ehu.eus always after carefully reading the Guide.
• Step 2. Your University sends us your nomination and all the necessary documentation,
