In the framework of the research, development and innovation project EURASTiP-European Asian aquaculture technology and innovation platform, funded through the EU Horizon 2020 programme and developed with the aim of reinforcing international cooperation on sustainable aquaculture production with countries from South East Asia, BIOMAT researchers have visited Nha Trang  University (NTU) and Vietnam Food (VNF) company  in Vietnam. The main objective of the collaboration among these organizations is the development of value-added products from shrimp shell waste.
