A Call for Abstracts is open for contributors. Proposals must be submitted in English (300-350 words) and must be related to one or more of the following topics:



I.        The Celebration of Territorial Referendums on Claims of Secession.

II.        The Federal System as a means of addressing –and redirecting- the secessional claims.
