Titled Professor of Drawing in 1982, doctor in 1993 with the Cum Laude qualification, she has been teaching at the Faculty of Fine Arts since 1987. She has published numerous texts in magazines, catalogs and some book chapters. He is part of the sculpture department and has made numerous individual and collective exhibitions of sculpture mainly in the Basque Country. She has collaborated with four research projects, one of them from the University of Vigo. He has recognized three years of research and has work in the collections of the UPV / EHU; Museum of Art and History of Durango, Union Fenosa, Artium Museum of Vitoria-Gasteiz and Museum of Fine Arts of Bilbao.
She has been Secretary of the Sculpture Department (2008-2010) and Director of the Sculpture Department (2010-2014) and member of the Board of the Center.
He has directed three doctoral theses and has co-directed one.
His line of research is oriented to sculpture as a sign and metaphor of the subject.
