Aitziber Lertxundi got her Degree in Business Studies and her PhD in UPV/EHU, where she got the Special Award of Doctorade. In this university, she took her Master in Finance. She is Associate Professor and she teaches at the Faculty of Economics and Business (Section of Gipuzkoa). In the scope of postgraduate, she is part of the teaching staff in the Master in Business Management from Innovation and Internationalization and the Doctoral Programme in Business Management, Knowledge and Innovation, in innovative organization and people research topic.
As for research field, she´s been granted with a six-years research period by CNEAI. Her research activity is mainly concerned with high performance work systems, international human resource management and innovation. She has joined Research Groups related to people management and participated in research projects and contracts. Among others, she has published in WOS and Scopus scientific journals, as well as book chapters and other works in national and international conferences.
Currently, she is the Academic Secretary in the Institute of Business Applied Economics.
