Professor of Constitutional Law, Fundamental Rights and Law and Ethics in the Biosciences. BACKGROUND: Bachelor and Doctor of Laws (1996, 2004). Advanced Diplomate in Physical and Health Antropology (2010), Doctor of Biological Sciences (2015). Trained in Psychology of Communication, Leadership and Coaching. TEACHING: Constitutional Law and Fundamental Rights (several Faculties and Grades); Law and Ethics in the Biosciences; Master on Bioethics; Master on Environment, Sustainability and Sustainability Development Goals; Master on Food Quality and Safety; Master on Fundamental Rights; Master of International Cooperation and Development; Master on Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking. RESEARCH AND ADVISOR ACTIVITIES. 1) Multilevel Governance (institutional, legal and human dimmensions); 2) Bioethics and Biolaw; 3) Food Security and Bioeconomy, H2020 and COST projetcs. 4) Data Protection and Digital Societies, 5) Educational Innovation - Soft Skills, employability and leadership for profesional and human development. AWARDS. Consulted among other by FECYT, CIBERSAM, Basque Government (Housing Dep), AZTI-Tecnalia, Basque Agency for Data Protection, IKASLAN, Spanish Senate and Canadian CSRH. Awarded with the Research Price of the International Society of Bioethics, and the Leonardo Grant FBBVA. Board Member of the European Society EURSAFE and President of the SmartCitGov Global Society (Vienna).
