Degree in Industrial Engineer (1983), Master in Industrial Engineer (2000) and Phd in Industrial Engineer (2007). He joined the University in 1986 as Professor in charge of Course, in 1990 he obtained the position of College Teacher and from 2009 he is University Professor.
From 2002 to the present he participates in the Directorate of the Thermal Engineering Department as Academic Secretary and as Director. He has also participated in numerous university organizations, School Boards, Campus Board, various commissions, etc.
He has been responsible for three university master's degrees and two doctoral programs and has directed 7 doctoral theses.
He is a member of the Research Group in Energy of Buildings (ENEDI, Category A ++) through which he has participated in 73 research projects, in 9 of them as main researcher, he is co-author of 12 scientific articles, 7 books, a patent and 33 papers at national and international conferences and has participated in 9 R&D contracts with companies and administrations.
His lines of research are focused on Energy Efficiency in Buildings and on energy efficiency of energy equipment and facilities.
