Assoc Professor in Microfluidic Technology at UPV/EHU. Principal investigator at the Analytical Microsystems & Materials for Lab-on-a-Chip team and fundator of the Microfluidics Cluster UPV/EHU and lider of the Microfluidics & Biomics Cluster UPV/EHU. Ramón y Cajal Senior Researcher at UPV/EHU from 2012 till 2018. He worked as researcher at CIC-microGUNE in Mondragón, Spain; thel National Centre for Sensors Research (Ireland), the University of Auckland (New Zealand) and the University of California Berkeley (USA). He was postdoctoral researcher at the CLARITY: Centre for Sensor Web Technology and the Centre for BioAnalytical Sciences in Ireland too. He did his doctoral thesis at the prestigious MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology (The Netherlands) and his bachelor in chemistry at the Universidad Autónoma (Madrid). H-Index: 27.
