Dr. Carolina Redondo. Completed a degree in Physical Chemistry at the University of the Basque Country (U.P.V./E.H.U., Spain) in 1995 and received a PhD in Science from the University of the Basque Country in 2001. She moved to the University of Castilla La Mancha (U.C.L.M., Spain) for a two year postdoctoral position funded by the Basque Government. She joined the Ramón y Cajal Program of the Spanish Government. She was a member of the responsible Spectroscopy Group that set up a research line for the fabrication and characterization of nanostructures including techniques like Interference Lithography. Since May 2011 she holds a permanent position as staff researcher of the University of the Basque Country
