Biology Degree (2000) and European PhD (Neurosciences 2005; Extraordinary Doctorate Award). Marie Curie Contract in the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences of the University of Oslo (2003-2004) and Basque Government postdoctoral Fellowship in the Neurocente Magendie in Bordeaux (2006-2008). Member of the Spanish Neuroscience Society (SENC) Training Committee (2017-Present). 3 Doctoral theses (2 with International mention), 3 Master's final projects and 2 end-of-degree projects supervised. He has participated in 22 research projects.
Co-author of 41 scientific articles, 3 book chapters and about 120 national and international congresses. 3 research sexenios recognized by the CNEAI. Research lines: endocannabinoid system in health and disease in animal models (alcohol, epilepsy).
Undergraduate teaching (Medicine): Introduction to Biomedical Research, Research Project and Medical Embryology. Teaching in Master: Master's Degree in Neurosciences.
