PhD, earned his doctorate in philosophy at the University of the Basque Country. He is a lecturer in logic and philosophy of science. His teaching and publications have been mainly in the areas of formal and informal logic, applied logic, philosophy of logic, argumentation theories, fallacies, modalities, philosphy of mind and philosophy of language. He is also interested in epistemology and ethics.
