The research groups involved have an extensive network of contacts in universities and companies all over the world, which makes it possible to arrange research stays for the doctoral students. This also means that they can obtain a Doctorate with an International Mention. In many cases, the research stay can be funded by the research groups through their own funds or by participating in research projects.
It is also often possible to prepare a co-supervised thesis with other universities, both in the case of national and international students.
