What do I have to do to pre-enrol in a program?
Each Masters web page will contain a section called "Information on the Masters program". This section will contain the telephone numbers and e-mail addresses to which questions relating to the content of the courses, dates and class locations, as well as pre-enrolment and admission procedures, should be addressed.
Pre-enrollment is not completed until all the required documents have been sent to the secretary of the Master's course in question.
General documentation for all students:
- Photocopy of DNI or passport.
- Photocopy of degree.
- Photocopy of personal academic transcript, with results and notifications of all subjects taken during the course of their degree.
- Projects, articles and publications by the student.
- Other achievements .
In addition to the above, students with foreign degrees that have not been endorsed must submit:
- A certified translation of the degree and transcript into one of the two official languages of the Basque Country (Spanish or Basque).
Once the Academic Committee of each Masters program or the Postgraduate Committee, as appropriate, selects the pre-enrolments received, pre-enrolled students will be informed whether they have been accepted or not.
If a student is accepted, they must provide written confirmation of their intention to participate in the program. In this case, students who confirm their acceptance will begin the pre-registration process at the request of the University. This consists of appointing a tutor, who will formulate and monitor the syllabus for each student.
