Chapter VI. Term and authorisation
Management Regulations for Official Masters
Additional provision
These Regulations shall apply to all university Master's programmes organised exclusively by the University of the Basque Country. In the case of jointly-organised inter-university programmes, in addition to these Regulations, existing cooperation agreements between the various entities must be taken into account.
Temporary provision
Any modifications to the prospectuses of university Master's programmes must be expressly authorised by the Postgraduate Committee and be made in accordance with the procedures stipulated for this purpose.
First final provision
These Regulations shall enter into force at the start of the 2020-2021 academic year.
Second final provision
The Postgraduate Committee is authorised to draft additional provisions that supplement these Regulations and update the dates, timetables and appendices thereto, for each academic year, at the request of the Vice Rector of Postgraduate Studies and International Relations.
The interpretation and resolution of issues that arise in the application of these Regulations is referred to the Vice Rector of Postgraduate Studies and International Relations.
Third final provision
The Postgraduate Committee is authorised to make adaptations to these Regulations for subsequent academic years.
Repealing provision
All provisions in conflict with these Regulations are hereby repealed.
