Lactiker research group has organized an international Workshop entitled Quality and Sustainability of Food of Animal Origin. The event will take place on 18 and 19 November at the Lascaray Research Center and take part several experts from different points of view and provide information, ideas and visions on the quality and sustainability of food production of animal origin, particularly ruminant animals involved.
