Additional provision one

These regulations apply to all university Master’s degrees run exclusively by the UPV/EHU. Official, jointly organised inter-university programmes shall be governed by not only these regulations, but also the terms of the collaboration agreement signed by the participating entities.

Additional provision two

In all academic issues about which no specific prevision exists in the regulations governing university Master’s degrees, that stipulated in the regulations governing Undergraduate degrees shall be applied, following the modifications required to adapt said rules to the specificities of Master’s degree teaching and following the method established for this purpose by the Pro Vice-Chancellor responsible for Postgraduate studies.

Final provision one

These regulations will come into effect at the start of the 2023-2024 academic year.

Final provision two

The Postgraduate Commission is hereby authorised to establish complementary rules that develop these regulations, as well as to update the dates, calendars and appendixes for each academic year, at the behest of the Pro Vice-Chancellor responsible for Postgraduate Studies.

Authority in the matter of any interpretation or resolution issues that may arise during the application of these regulations is delegated to the Pro Vice-Chancellor responsible for Postgraduate Studies.

Final provision three

The Postgraduate Commission is authorised to modify these regulations in subsequent academic years.

Derogating provision

Any provisions that oppose that stipulated in these Regulations are repealed.
