Wednesday  May 17, at 11am at the Carlos Santamaría Centre (campus library building) auditorium -Campus of Gipuzkoa-  international visitors at the University of the Basque Country are invited to attend our farewell ceremony.

The ceremony will be presided over by university  rector,  Nekane Balluerka;  vice-rector for the Campus of Gipuzkoa, Agustin Erkizia;  vice-rector for Coordination and International Relations, Marta Barandiaran  and director of international mobility, Gorka Orueta.

International visitors will have the chance to describe their international experience at the University of the Basque Country, and ESN Bilbao student association members will be acknowledged for their yearly activity. A Basque traditional music instruments workshop will take place right before the finger-food lunch offered by the International Relations Office.

Free buses from Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz will be provided  (buses return scheduled at 5pm)

11:40         Address by  University of the Basque Country rector, Nekane Balluerka
11:50         Traditional  Basque instruments  (masterclass by renowned musician Kepa Junkera)
12:50         Presents´ raffle
12:40         Finger-food Lunch

17:00        Buses depart to Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz
