Genotyping platform and high performance gene expression analysis
Description
High performance platform, based on Fluidigm integrated fluid circuit (IFC) technology, which allows both the preparation and execution of thousands of simultaneous PCR reactions in nanolitre volumes (nanofluidics).
The platform consists of the controllers (HX, MX and JUNO) for the preparation and automatic loading of samples and assays, and by the BioMark HD System, which integrates the PCR and the detection of fluorescence assays, and can work in time real (qPCR), at the end time and as a digital PCR system.

Applications
The main applications of the platform are: absolute quantification of DNA, analysis of gene expression by relative quantification, genotyping of SNPs, detection of mutations; automatic generation of mass sequencing libraries (NGS) - targeted large scale re-sequencing; Analysis of copy number variations (CNVs).
