Degree in Sociology (University of Barcelona), Master’s degree in Statistics and Operational Research (Polytechnic University of Catalonia) and PhD in Public Health (Autonomous University of Barcelona). I have worked as a researcher, mainly giving methodological and teaching support, in several research groups in Public Health and Occupational Health (GRAAL, ISTAS and the foundation on Female Genital Mutilation WASSU-UAB). Currently my lines of research are focused on the analysis of social inequalities in health, with special attention on the impact of working and employment conditions, and on the application of specific quantitative methodology in Public Health research.
