1. Nomination by home institution

A prior nomination from Home Institution, by email, is required.

After official nomination, students will receive an invitation to apply through the Student Mobility Management System (online application guidelines)

4. Check the courses available for incoming students at our faculty

5.Request a buddy

  • A local student will help you settle during your first days
  • Proofread your contact details and arrival date before submitting your form
  • As we email you with contact details of your BUDDY, please do answer to him/her
  • Should your visit be cancelled, please inform us; your assigned BUDDY will be able to help someone else
  • Priority has been set for non-Spanish natives

6. Documents to be handed out upon arrival

  • Enrolment form (doc, 77 Kb)
  • Proof of Health Insurance (doc, 33 Kb) (transport and repatriation coverage compulsory, even for visitors travelling with a EU health card)
  • If you do not have an accident and repatriation insurance, you must complete the one offered by the UPV/EHU.
  • 1 passport sized photograph
