Competencias

* Conocer las bases teóricas y el estado de la cuestión respecto a las implicaciones económicas de la existencia y vinculación de las diásporas con sus territorios de origen.* Conocer las bases teóricas y los debates brain drain / brain gain y las consecuencias económicas y sociológicas de los procesos emigratorios y de retorno.* Conocer las políticas de internacionalización económica de las instituciones diaspóricas y el papel jugado y que puede jugar la diáspora vasca en este proceso.* Reflexionar sobre el papel jugado por la diáspora vasca en la internacionalización de las industrias culturales (arte, literatura, medios de comunicación, televisión, música) y turísticas vascas.
