Itziar Idiazabal, Coordinator of the UNESCO Chair on World Language Heritage of the University of the Basque Country UPV / EHU, participates as a guest lecturer the 7th of October in the Bernardo Atxaga Chair Languages in contact, Communities in Coexistence Seminar at the City University of New York (CUNY) invited by the Etxepare Basque Institute giving a lecture entitled The Normalization of the Basque Language: A Good Practice to Preserve Language Diversity.
