Its uses include inferring the presence of distinct populations, assigning individuals to populations, studying hybrid zones, identifying migrants and admixed individuals, and estimating population allele frequencies in situations where many individuals are migrants or admixed. It can be applied to most of the commonly-used genetic markers, including SNPS, microsatellites, RFLPs and AFLPs.<\/p>\n<h2>How to use<\/h2>\n<p>To execute the graphical user interface execute in P\u00e9ndulo, Maiz or Guinness<\/p>\n<pre>structure<\/pre>\n<p>To execute graphical applications read [intlink id=\u00bb48&#8243; type=\u00bbpost\u00bb]how to connect to Arina[\/intlink].<\/p>\n<p>To execute structure in the queue system you must include in the script of the queue system:<\/p>\n<pre>\/software\/bin\/structure<\/pre>\n<p>with the corresponding options of structure.
