MetAMOS for input can start with next-generation sequencing reads or assemblies, and as output, produces: assembly reports, genomic scaffolds, open-reading frames, variant motifs, taxonomic or functional annotations, Krona charts and HTML report. 1.5rc3 version.<\/p>\n<h2>How to use<\/h2>\n<p>To send a job to the queue system there is the<\/p>\n<pre>send_metamos<\/pre>\n<p>command where you answer a few questions to set up the job.
