Welcome to the Donostia Kimika Teorikoa Group

Founded in 1990, the Kimika Teorikoa Group in Donostia has established itself as a reference center in theoretical and computational chemistry. Initially led by Prof. Jesús M. Ugalde and currently co-led by Prof. Xabier Lopez, the group has been recognized by the Basque Government as a consolidated research group.

The team coordinates and participates in more than ten competitive research projects and collaborates internationally across multiple scientific domains.
