Xabier Ezeizabarrena is an environmental lawyer based in San Sebastian. Professor of Administrative & Environmental Law at the University of the Basque Country (Phd Law, 2005). He has several publications and research activities on Environmental Law. Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford (2003/04) and at the University of Edinburgh (2009). Member of the World Commission of Environmental Law of the IUCN. Director of the Environmental Law Master at the University of the Basque Country.
He is an experienced mountain walker since 1987 in Basque Country, Pyrenees, Alps, Nepal, Kashmir, Scotland and Pembrokeshire, among other mountain areas.
