Irakasgaiaren azalpena eta testuingurua
Itsas animalien eta ingurumenaren arteko energia trukeen oinarri fisiologikoak aztertzen dira.Helburuak
Fisiologia energetikoak ematen dituen tresnak aurkeztea, energia-trukeen oinarria eta hazkunde-tasa handiak lortzeko murrizketak ulertzeko.
Fisiologia energetikoak ematen dituen tresnak aurkeztea, kutsatzaileek hazkunde indibidualean eta ugalketa-potentzialean dituzten eragin subletalak ebaluatzeko.
Helburuak
Unitatearen amaieran, honako hauek egin beharko zenituzke:
1. Scope For Growth-ek hazkunde erreala eta hazkunde-tasan eragina izan dezaketen faktoreak ulertzeko ematen duen informazioa erabiltzea.
2. Itsas animalien hazkuntzaren norainokoa neurtzeko esperimentu sinpleak diseinatzea.
Eskuratutako funtsezko trebetasunak
Unitatearen amaieran, honako hauek egin beharko zenituzke:
1. Hazkunderako irismenari buruzko literaturako datuen azterketa kritikoa egitea.
2. Laborategian lortutako emaitza esperimentalak adieraztea (idaztea eta aztertzea).
3. esperimentuak diseinatzea.

Irakasgaia ikastean lortuko diren emaitzak
Irakasgai-zerrenda
1. The course is organized into two sections: discussion of general principles of physiological energetics; and two independent and complementary modules developing concepts and methods within the framework of production and toxic effects of pollutant agents.2. Lectures and laboratory experiments deal with the physiological parameters of the energy balance, such as: rates of food ingestion and absorption; absorption efficiency; metabolic rate; excretion rate; and the resulting scope for growth.
3. Modules on production and pollution follow the pattern of a case study where experimental results are thoroughly discussed.
