• Support and promote the Faculty's main lines of research.
• Coordinate student recruitment and orientation programs.
• Represent the Faculty at institutional and social events.
• Foster relationships with other institutions.
• Promote agreements and organize events between students, center staff, entities, and social agents.

Functions: 

• Draft and keep the minutes of the meetings of the Faculty Board, the Standing Committee, and the committees that perform the function of Secretary.
• Certify the acts and agreements of the collegiate bodies of the Faculty.
• Issue certifications of the agreements contained in the Center's official documents.
• Inform the University's governing bodies of the agreements adopted by the Center Board and the Standing Committee.
• Communication: manage social media.

Functions:

• Planning the faculty's teaching offer.
• Planning calendars and schedules (subjects, exams, etc.).
• Managing classrooms and other teaching spaces.
• Other administrative tasks for teaching staff.
• Paying attention to any necessary adjustments to studies.

Functions:

• Coordination of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, and Social Education degrees in collaboration with degree and module coordinators.
• Promote and support the Faculty's postgraduate programs.
• Coordinate the processes for final degree projects together with the Final Degree Project Committee.
• Coordinate the Faculty's innovation programs and projects and promote others.
• Manage training courses, conferences, and other educational events organized by the Faculty.
• Promote continuing education programs and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Functions:

• Promote and manage collaboration agreements with international universities and institutions.
• Coordinate the internationalization committee.
• Manage international recognition processes for students.
• Assist, coordinate, and guide students, faculty, and international administrative staff who come to the Faculty.
• Review administrative procedures and academic agreements in international mobility programs and create new partnerships.
• Coordinate and support academic exchanges and mobility for Faculty’s teaching and research staff and administrative and service staff.
• Promote the Faculty's mobility policies.

Functions:

• Coordinate student mobility programs at the Faculty.
• Develop strategies to optimize students' experiences abroad.
• Promote and manage development cooperation programs.
• Strengthen participation in international university cooperation.
• Coordinate the Internationalization Committee together with the Vice Dean of International Relations.

Functions:

• Ensure an eco-social approach in the functioning of the Faculty.
• Coordinate the preparation of the Strategic Plan, the Management Plan, and the Annual Management Report.
• Coordinate the preparation of degree monitoring reports and manage changes to the curriculum.
• Promote quality criteria in the management of the faculty.
• Coordinate the processes for renewing degree accreditation and the Internal Quality Assurance System.
• Promote research programs and applied projects with quality criteria.

Functions:

• Coordinate, organize, and manage internships in Early Childhood Education and Primary Education degrees.
• Manage relations between schools and students.
• Optimize participation channels to improve the practicum.
• Promote professional values and culture of commitment to educational innovation and teaching.
• Promote personalized monitoring of students during their internship experience.
• Coordinate the Internship Committee, promoting a system of ongoing communication.
• Work with the Basque Language Committee to promote and standardize the use of Basque in all academic and institutional activities of the Faculty.

Functions:

• Promote and coordinate training and university and professional internships in the socio-educational field.
• Support students during their stay at the center, as well as socio-educational institutions.
• Encourage communication between teachers and socio-educational entities and external communication.
• Coordinate the Social Education Internship Committee, promoting a permanent communication system.
• Monitor documentation related to Social Education student internships and make the corresponding updates.
• Coordinate the management of transition grants.
• Promote the transfer of research between society and education.

Functions:

• Promote policies for the care and well-being of faculty members.
• Promote and manage the listening network in the Faculty.
• Promote the culture of care in the university community.
• Incorporate the ecofeminist approach into Faculty policies and initiatives, reinforcing the community's eco-dependence, culture of care, and collectivity.
• Manage relations with students and the Student Council.
• Support the student learning process and encourage participation in faculty life.

Functions:

• Act as head of Technical, Management, Administration, and Services Staff.
• Manage the center's administrative, financial, and material resources.
• Supervise the maintenance of the facilities to ensure the normal functioning of the Faculty's activities.
• Collaborate with the Vice-Rector for Campus Affairs in maintaining the security of the building.
• Contribute to the active maintenance of the Faculty's website content and to a good external image.
