Reduced fees are available for early-bird registration, students and unemployed.
In case you would like to obtain an invoice, please provide the details of your University to be invoiced, as it should appear on the document.
If you work for University of the Basque Country, please contact the secretary of your department to proceed with the payment. Professors and researchers from the department of Audiovisual Communication and Advertising are entitled to a fee waiver.

For presenters:
Includes conference attendance and materials, coffee and lunch (September 20 and 21).
Early bird (till the end of June): 65€.
Normal fee: 80€
For graduate students and unemployed:
Includes conference attendance and materials, coffee and lunch (September 20 and 21).
IMPORTANT NOTE: This fee is for graduate/MA/PhD students who are NOT presenting a paper and presenters who are unemployed and not affiliated to a university.

Optional fees:
Opening dinner (25€): on the first day of the conference September 20th.
Bus to San Sebastian (round trip back to Bilbao at night) (15€): on the last day of the conference September 22nd.
If you are willing to stay in San Sebastian (the festival opening ceremony takes place on September 22nd at night) the price of the bus trip will be the same (15€), but doesn’t include the return ticket. Please, note that during the festival it is very difficult to find accommodation, so we recommend to book in advance.
