Organising your trip

1) Every paper presentation will take place in Bilbao the 20th and the 21st of September. In our website you’ll find an array of accommodation options in the city. There are a lot of hostels and hotels withing walking distance from the venue, we recommend you find a place in any of those. We will have an optional field trip to Donostia/San Sebastian the 22nd, but we will travel by bus from Bilbao. Because of the International Film Festival is virtually impossible to get a room in San Sebastian those days, so we will be coming back to Bilbao in the evening (the trip takes 1 hour). More details about this day to be announced soon.

2) Official languages of the conference are English, Spanish and Basque. Please, note that there won’t be any translation service available.

3) Registration procedure is detailed in our website: http://www.ehu.eus/ehusfera/smallcinemasconference2017/conference/registration-conference-fee/ Remember that early bird registration option is available until the 30th of June. Every attendee should register and pay the fee (it includes coffee, lunch and materials).
