On the 7th and 8th of February, the III National Congress of Company Law was held at the University of Malaga, where magistrates, professors, registrars, notaries and lawyers met to discuss together current issues of the Law of societies. Specifically, and as far as the Research Group is concerned, Professors Arancha Pérez Moriones, Eleña Leiñena Mendizábal and Nerea Iraculis Arregui attended the Congress.
